Free weekly/bi-weekly pickup (occasional extra pickups may be offered, depending on available processing capacity)
Please note the following conditions:
- Package only applies to casual clothes and normal wear.
- Total of 60kg wash per month. Customers can opt for weekly (15kg max) or fortnightly (30kg max).
- Maximum of two household items can be included, for example, bedsheets, towels, etc.
- Package excludes African attire, glittering abayas, suits/blazers, duvets, blankets, and other household items.
- Package runs on a monthly billing cycle, so all weight allowance must be used within that month; unused kg cannot be carried over to the following month.
Single/Bulky Items
The cleaning process varies depending on each item’s requirement. Some items will need 3 days to process. Large items that cannot be cleaned in a regular wash are given the special care they need. Some of the popular items that are typically included are duvets, pillows, curtains, towels, mattress protectors, and blankets & bedspreads.
